About Us

Facilities Management Catering was formed in January 1999 by Frank McCartney MVO, Colin Botting and Martin Joyce, all of whom have worked together for more than 25 years, running the largest portfolio of sports, social and event catering in Europe. Since it’s formation FMC has developed into a leading specialist in the sports stadia and event market, and is now the bespoke catering arm of the Sports and Leisure Division of Compass Group.

We believe the combination of an experienced management team with a wealth of knowledge plus enthusiastic and dedicated staff makes us simply the best!
