Food and Drink at Wimbledon
As you would expect, at Wimbledon we take our visitors′ appetites very seriously. Over 30 different styles of catering provide a range to suit every need.
The main restaurants at The Championships, Wimbledon are:
- The Wingfield Restaurant
Named after Major Walter Wingfield who adapted the game of Real Tennis into what is known today as Lawn Tennis. The magnificent new Wingfield Restaurant situated in Centre Court is the only bookable restaurant for non-debenture holders offering a fixed-price three-course table-served lunch including wine and mineral water. Lunch is served from 11.30am. Should you wish to make a reservation please click here Traditional afternoon tea is available from 3pm. We do not accept reservations for afternoon tea. - The Renshaw Restaurant
Named after William Renshaw who won the Men's Singles title for the sixth consecutive year in 1886, the Renshaw is for the exclusive use of Centre Court and No. 1 Court debenture holders and offers a table-served 3-course lunch with wine and afternoon tea for an inclusive price. Booking is advisable for lunch. - The Courtside Restaurant
For exclusive use of Centre Court Debenture Holders, this 400-seater restaurant offers a 3-course à la carte menu with a selection of fine wines. Traditional afternoon tea is available from 3pm. Booking is advisable for lunch. - No. 1 Court Debenture Holders′ Restaurant
Assisted-service restaurant offering a range of light refreshments and hot and cold meals. A lounge bar is available for those guests who wish to enjoy a drink. This restaurant is closed for the last three days of the Championships. We do not accept reservations for this restaurant.
We will be accepting online requests for our debenture holders via the All England Lawn Tennis Club′ website in the debenture area of their site www.aeltc.com/cms/debentures. Alternatively, you may email your request to reservations.fmc@aeltc.com. Please note that the FMC reservations office does not open till 20th April 2009.
