Facilities Management Catering is passionate about meeting its clients’ expectations for fine dining. We take pride in simply providing the best food, wines and service. Our carefully selected, professional chefs are food enthusiasts who enjoy creating menus that will tempt even the most discerning palate. Only the best chefs know how to prepare the best ingredients to bring out all the flavours and aromas.

Our suppliers are the finest in the country and we work closely with them to ensure that we consistently receive the highest level of quality. We use regionally and locally sourced produce wherever possible, and insist out meat and fish comes from only RSPCA approved suppliers.

We recognise the needs of our clients, who for whatever reason, cannot enjoy the menu selected by their host.

Whether catering for 50 or 1,000, our standards and passion for food do not change; the best food deserves the best chefs, the best service and the best wines.
