Our carefully selected, professional chefs are food enthusiasts who enjoy creating menus that will tempt even the most discerning palate. Only the best chefs know how to prepare the best ingredients to bring out all the flavours and aromas.

Our suppliers are the finest in the country and we work closely with them to ensure that we consistently receive the highest level of quality. We use regionally and locally sourced produce wherever possible, and insist out meat and fish comes from only RSPCA approved suppliers.

We recognise the needs of our clients, who for whatever reason, cannot enjoy the menu selected by their host.
